About the event

Barça Camps Switzerland - Your step to the next level!

The training program at Barça Camps Switzerland is based on FC Barcelona's proven training methodology. All training sessions are led by official Barça coaches from the "Barça Cantera" in Catalonia, who are present on the pitch daily. They are supported by an additional professional Barça Academy coach for every 10 to 12 participants aged 7 to 15. Every day, the children are guided through a playful and engaging way to learn the unmistakable style of FC Barcelona.

No special technical skills are required to participate in the Barça Camps Switzerland. Anyone can participate ; the only requirements are a passion for football and a love of learning through play.

The program

Start of the week

On the first day, the kits will be distributed, so please arrive no later than 8:30 a.m. Afterwards, there will be an opening ceremony to which all parents are warmly invited! We will also introduce you to the coaches, trainers, and management of FC Barcelona.

In the morning

Each morning, specific exercises are led and carried out to introduce our participants to Barça's unmistakable football style.

Lunch together

A communal lunch is enjoyed at the respective catering facility.

Afternoon

In the afternoon, games take place in tournament format – the focus is on being able to directly apply what was learned in the morning to the game.

End of day

The program ends at 4:00 PM and the children are returned to their parents.

Last day

On the last day, a final tournament will take place in the afternoon, followed by a closing ceremony. Parents are very welcome to attend.

We will meet at the respective sports venue no later than 8:30 a.m. in front of the changing rooms.

Check in

Your child's health will be assessed upon check-in. Therefore, participants should be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Training clothes will be provided at reception on the first day. Participants should change into these clothes before the opening ceremony.

Health

We place the utmost importance on the health of our participants. However, should you experience any health concerns or injuries during the event, please inform the instructor on site immediately. Insurance is the responsibility of the parents or the participants themselves and is not included in the participation fee.

Fluid intake

Water for training and drinks with lunch will be provided – participants do not need to bring their own. However, please remember to bring your own water bottle.

Lunch

A child-friendly, yet healthy meal will be served. If your child has any food allergies, please inform us in advance and we recommend bringing your own packed lunch if necessary. You are also welcome to bring additional food.

Change clothes

Since the training sessions are quite strenuous, we ask all participants to change their clothes during the lunch break to prevent catching a cold. Please bring a change of clothes (plain clothing is sufficient).

grouping

To ensure that each player in the group participates in the training in which he can best develop, a level check is carried out by a coach from FC Barcelona at the first training session; afterwards, the players are divided into groups of 10 to 14 people.

Reaction to bad weather

Training will generally continue even in the rain. However, in dangerous situations such as lightning strikes, strong winds, or other unavoidable circumstances, training may be interrupted or canceled. The camp management will do their best to make up for any unused time through rescheduling and adjustments. Please note, however, that no refunds can be issued if the unused time cannot be rescheduled.

Visits to the camp

Parents may watch the games from the designated spectator areas (pitchside, stands, etc.) as determined by the FC Barcelona coaches. Entering the pitch itself is, of course, strictly prohibited.

Closing ceremony

During the closing ceremony, the coveted participation certificates will be presented by the coaches of FC Barcelona.
